Welcome to Sourdojo, a place where we share our joy of sourdough with you. Here you’ll immerse yourself into the healing nature of sourdough. Most people think bread is just a putty mixture of flour and water, but we believe it’s so much more. Bread nourishes to the heart and soul. It creates community. 

Here at the Sourdojo, we take our craft seriously. From ingredient sourcing to our role in the local community, we believe bread can start the conversation for radical change. 

We mill our own California grains and ferment our dough for 72 hours. This breaks down the gluten and allows many people with gluten sensitivities to enjoy our bread symptom-free. This is just the beginning of what we can share about our sourdough bread. 

In the calling our place a dōjō, meaning "place of the Way,” we will educate about why sourdough matters.

We’ll show you the healing power bread has to balance us all. To nourish the body, and unite people across the table.
